Job Responsibility:

The primary responsibility of Head of Administration (HA) is to overseeing all administrative functions within an organization, including strategic planning, budget management, facilities management, procurement, IT collaboration, compliance, record keeping, communication, and problem-solving, ensuring efficient operations across departments and with external stakeholders.

The primary responsibility of Head of Human Resources (HR) is to manage the workforce within the organization, including recruiting, hiring, training, developing, managing employee relations, overseeing benefits, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and maintaining a positive work culture, essentially focusing on attracting and retaining top talent while supporting employee wellbeing and productivity. Developing, promoting and implementing administrative and accounting policies that ensure positive interaction between admin staffs, accounts staffs & other personnel.

Specific Responsibilities are described in below:

  • • Developing and promoting policies and procedures that ensure positive interaction between administrative staff and other personnel.
  • • Overseeing the budget, managing financial assets and liabilities, and analyzing financial performance.
  • • Leading and managing administrative teams, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • • Managing office space, maintenance, and procurement of supplies.
  • • Facilitating clear communication between departments and external stakeholders.
  • • Contributing to the organization's overall strategic vision and goals.
  • • Negotiating contracts with vendors and suppliers and other stakeholders.
  • • Identifying and resolving administrative issues.
  • • Overseeing day-to-day operations.
  • • Disbursing funds to departments.
  • • Hiring and training administrative staffs and accounts staffs.
  • • Ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
  • • Negotiating contracts and agreements with vendors.

  • • Acting as a liaison between the employees and upper management when it comes to financial and administrative issue.
